Shipping Policy

S’muffin Shipping:

All S’muffins are shipped using our custom shipping method. Our packaging is designed to ensure your S’muffins arrive at their destination looking exactly as they did when they left our shop. Each S’muffin is freshly baked and flash frozen for optimal shipping results. We ship our S’muffins with dry ice to keep them frozen along their journey.

A special shipping and handling charge applies to all shipped S’muffin orders. S’muffin purchases are shipped via FedEx . Although you may receive your order sooner, we will only guarantee 2-Day arrival. Please make S’muffin purchases with a 2-day allowance for shipping time to ensure your package arrives on or before your desired date.

Please Note - We require a full 24 hour notice for out of state orders.  Unfortunately, we are unable to do same day shipping.

**The expected arrival day is the latest that you should expect your shipment to arrive. The shipment is guaranteed by FedEx to arrive by the end of the expected arrival day listed above. Some shipments will arrive sooner due to their proximity near our shops, or the ease of delivery at the destination. We ship our packages with "No Signature Required" which allows the FedEx driver to leave the package at the destination.  Work addresses usually receive packages sooner in the day than residential addresses.

When specifying the delivery address, please make sure to include any apartment, suite, unit, or floor numbers that will be required for delivery. We ask for a phone number for each shipping address in case there is a problem delivering the order.

If the address information that is provided is not valid, FedEx may be unable to deliver your package and we will not refund product or shipping charges based on incorrect addresses. If you would like us to ship the product again to a different delivery address, you will be responsible for the additional product and shipping charges.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

FedEx will reasonably attempt to deliver the package based on the shipping address information provided to them. At the discretion of the driver, the package may be left at the delivery address (doorstep, porch, etc) or an attempted delivery notice will be left at the door with a re-delivery date if FedEx does not determine it is safe to leave the package unattended. The best way to avoid this is to provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package.

If an attempted delivery notice is left at the door and the shipment is rescheduled for delivery another day, we will not be responsible for re-shipping the product or shipping charges related to sending the package to a new address. It is your responsibility to: 1) contact FedEx directly if you would like to pick up the product or arrange for a new delivery address; or 2) make sure someone is available to receive the package the next delivery day.

These Products can only be shipped in the continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to PO / APO / FPO Boxes or Hawaii & Alaska.

Refund Policy:

Once your S’muffins leave our facility, they are at the mercy of our carrier. We make every effort to protect your S’muffins from damage during shipping. Any damage that is incurred during shipping must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Shipping refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
