- If you need same-day pickup/delivery, please call to order. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
- Orders placed after 4 PM will count as being placed the following day.
- Payment is required when order is placed.
- Cancellation requires 24 hours notice for refund. If you wish to cancel an order, call 888-95-SMORE
- To send orders to multiple delivery locations requires doing a separate order for each location.
- Delivery

- Local delivery is available Monday-Saturday.
- Standard local deliveries will typically arrive by before 1:00pm and no earlier than 9:30 AM. Please call if your order needs to arrive before noon – a rush rate may apply.
- Additional charges may apply for delivery returns, additional wait time and re-delivery attempts.
- Saturday delivery fee is a minimum of $35 or a 33% increase over the standard delivery rate, whichever is higher.
